cramped room daily cleaning
the queen room, supposedly for two adults, felt cramped. REALLY little space existed to store luggage. No daily cleaning either was disappointing. they only provided fresh towels when i asked for them at reception.

clean room rainfall shower
The room was clean. The bathroom was spacious. It featured two separate sinks. I appreciated the rainfall shower. There was also a TV equipped with Chromecast. It was quite convenient. The express pre check-in was a good idea. It saved me time upon arrival.
The elevator service was slow.

the hotel's design felt curated and unique. my room had many decorative touches (i noticed the broadway photos especially).
